Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before thee scheduled service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the reserved service total

No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Refund Policy
All services at Posh & Polished are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not 100% happy with your service, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can make it right. Our team will gladly work with you to correct or adjust the service to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.
