Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge.

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before thee scheduled service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the reserved service total

  • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Refund Policy 

All services at Posh & Polished are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not 100% happy with your service, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can make it right. Our team will gladly work with you to correct or adjust the service to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.
